1. Passport size Photographs- 2

2. Proof of Identification: 

• PAN Card

• Aadhaar Card

3. Present address proof: (Any one of the below)​​

     Voters id / driving license / passport / recent gas bill / recent / postpaid bill

4. Income Documents:

     For Salaried Individuals:

• Form 16 (minimum 1 year to 3 years)

• Current and savings account statement [last 1 year till date]

• Payslip of last 6 months

     Self Employed:

• Income Tax Returns (ITR) with profit and loss balance sheet [with auditor seal and sign]

• GST Registration

5. Property Documents Required For Home Loan:

• Building plan approval

• Construction estimate
